I am delighted to join the Nourish Organic Juice team as Education Coordinator!
I have been a huge fan of Nourish since opening day (I’m particularly fond of the Perky Pants Juice and the Spankalicious smoothie) and I am equally committed to helping others live happy, healthy and joyful lives. As a vegan lifestyle coach and educator I believe that eating a healthy diet is easy. I also believe that a health haven in our community like Nourish makes it even easier. The wide array of soups, salad, smoothies and, of course, juice are healthy and you really can’t feel too guilty about enjoying the sweet treats, as well.
In addition to offering you healthy, plant-based food and drink, Nourish wants to help you grow in your healthy journey. With that, I am excited to announce this month’s events.
August Events at Nourish
Join us next week for a juice cleanse! You can choose three-days of juicing or a hybrid of juicing with two raw meals a day. We will share more details later this week but email us right now if you would like to participate in the three-day cleanse August 20, 21 and 22 (this is a supported cleanse and space is limited!).
